Alinta Energy, Australia’s 4th largest energy retailer, sought to streamline its operations and enhance its growth prospects with the implementation of a CIS capable of supporting their nation wide C&I and Mass Market business.
This system was CORE; a Customer Information System (CIS) and Billing Application that Beige Tech has been building from day 1.
The Beige team worked closely with the Alinta transformation team and business to conduct a thorough assessment of the existing processes, systems, and infrastructure.
Our highly experienced industry specialists designed, solutioned and further developed CORE to meet Alinta’s transformation objectives in record time; going live with C&I system in 2019 and the Mass Market instance in 2022.
